Use of the service

Users may use JobProof to document completed work, organize basic report details, attach proof items, generate PDF reports, and prepare follow-up text for manual sending.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and relevance of all information, files, names, client details, descriptions, links, and proof items they enter or upload.

No legal claim system

JobProof is not a legal claim system, debt collection system, dispute resolution service, law firm, or legal advice provider. Reports created in JobProof may help users organize information, but JobProof does not guarantee legal acceptance, payment recovery, or dispute outcomes.

No accounting or invoice system

JobProof is not an accounting system, tax system, bookkeeping system, invoice system, or official payment enforcement tool. Users remain responsible for invoices, taxes, accounting records, and financial compliance outside JobProof.

Manual email sending

JobProof may prepare follow-up email draft text. Users must review, copy, edit, and send emails manually from their own email account. JobProof does not automatically send emails in this version.

Uploaded content

Users must not upload illegal, harmful, unnecessary, private, confidential, or third-party content unless they have the right to use and store it. JobProof is not intended as a permanent archive or legal evidence vault.

Availability

JobProof is provided as a simple low-cost tool. The service may be updated, changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Users should keep their own copies of important reports and files.

Support

Support is limited to basic product support. JobProof does not include daily manual service, custom work, legal support, accounting support, or client communication on behalf of users.
