JobProof is designed as a simple self-service tool. Support is limited to basic product help, account access questions, and technical issues related to using the app.
What support covers
Support may cover login problems, basic account questions, report creation issues, PDF download problems, proof upload problems, and questions about how to use the manual email follow-up workflow.
What support does not cover
JobProof support does not include legal advice, accounting help, invoice creation, debt collection, client negotiation, custom report writing, daily manual service, or communication with a user's clients.
Manual email workflow
JobProof prepares follow-up text only. Users are responsible for reviewing, copying, editing, attaching any PDF files, and sending emails manually from their own email account.
Data deletion requests
Users may request deletion of their account data. Deletion requests should include the email address used for the JobProof account. Some data may need to be retained temporarily for security, operational, or legal reasons.
