JobProof is a simple proof-of-work report tool. Users can create work reports, add proof items, generate PDF reports, and prepare manual email follow-up text.

Information we process

JobProof may store account information, work profile information, report details, client contact details entered by the user, proof notes, uploaded proof files, and basic technical data needed to run the service.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the information and files they upload to JobProof. Users should not upload sensitive, illegal, unnecessary, or third-party content unless they have the right to use and store it.

Uploaded files

Uploaded proof files are used to support work reports. JobProof is not intended as a permanent archive, legal evidence vault, or accounting system.

Email sending

JobProof prepares email draft text only. Users are responsible for manually sending emails from their own email account and for checking the content before sending.

Data deletion

Users may request deletion of their account data by contacting support. Some data may need to be retained temporarily for security, operational, or legal reasons.
